Purchased products, unless otherwise specified in the product, can not be returned. All prices mentioned do not include shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any duties or taxes charged by the destination country

All costs regarding customs and specific taxes applicable in your country are not included in our prices.

We ship your order once payment has been received. Normally it takes up to 24 hours on working days.

If the product you received is damaged, you should as soon as possible contact us.

In case the adress provided is not correct or additional information is not provided / missing in order to deliver your order, the package might be returned to us. In this case we will charge you for the costs of shipping as well the costs of returning the package.

These terms are additional to our regular terms which we will send at your request.
