Easy to use: Make a marinade by mixing the herbs with olive oil. Then place the meat in a dish and pour the marinade over the meat. Let it marinate for a time and fry (or grill) the meat.
Tip: Serve Pinchos Morunos (Pinchitos) with baguette.
Optionally, you can have extra garlic and / or additional chili powder added to the marinade.
